my.doag.org is the official booking portal of the DOAG Deutsche ORACLE Anwender Group e.V., the iJUG Interessensverbund der Java user Groups e.V. as well as JavaLand GmbH, DOAG Dienstleistungen GmbH and DOAG Konferenz und Ausstellungen GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Community of Interest) of DOAG online GmbH (hereinafter DOAG online) operated.
DOAG online GmbH is responsible for all offers at my.doag.org as the operator. DOAG online GmbH is a subsidiary of the DOAG Deutsche ORACLE Anwender Group e.V. There are contractual agreements on services and data protection with all of the aforementioned partners in the community of interest. In addition to the my.doag.org platform, the partners of the community of interest also operate their own platforms.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using the website my.doag.org, you accept the following conditions.
The use of the website and its services is permitted only for the statutory purposes of the above-mentioned community of interest and its members. They may amend, change or adjust these offers at any time, without prior notice and justification. The community of interest can also temporarily restrict these offers, for example, due to capacity or technical reasons. There is no entitlement to the offers. Disruptive interferences of any kind on this offer are prohibited and may be prosecuted criminally and civilly.
REGISTRATION AS A USER
To take full advantage of the services offered by DOAG online, a free registration is required. Only natural persons who are of legal age may register. There is no entitlement to registration.
Registration takes place centrally for all members of the community of interest. However, as a registered user, you can define the scope of your personal use directly in your profile. The community of interest reserves the right to refuse registrations. The registration can be deleted at any time, but posts will be preserved anonymously.
With registration and use, DOAG online collects and processes the following personal data:
Bookings are processed by DOAG online for the community of interests. The DOAG online is commissioned to design the contractual relationships as a representative for the respective partner in the community of interest. This includes the conclusion of the contract, its processing and the payment process. The required personal data are collected and processed on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) DGSVO. The data is stored for as long as required by the legal and tax regulations for storage when executing contracts.
DOAG online uses a payment service provider to process payment transactions. Personal data is transmitted to these in order to complete payment transactions. An order processing agreement has been concluded. A transfer of data to third countries does not take place.
OBLIGATIONS AS A REGISTERED USER
The password selected during registration is confidential and must not be communicated to third parties. Users are prohibited from allowing third parties the use of DOAG online with someone else's data. Misplacement and misuse must be reported immediately.
The social principles of respectful and courteous treatment with each other must be adhered to by the user for discussions and posts on DOAG online websites. It is prohibited to publish, provide or distribute violent, racist, pornographic or otherwise offensive, immoral or unlawful content. Infringements can lead to deletion and temporary or permanent user bans.
Each user is responsible for the content they publish, provide and disseminate through DOAG online. Each user agrees to have the necessary rights to the content and that they do not infringe upon the rights of third parties. Images by persons other than the user themselves must be provided with a permission. If the author of the uploaded pictures / works has not renounced the naming, the user undertakes to enter the name of the author in the "copyright" field provided for this purpose.
The user indemnifies DOAG online from all claims asserted by third parties against DOAG online due to a culpable violation of their rights by the contents posted by the user within DOAG or other use of available offers through DOAG.
RESPONSIBILITY OF DOAG ONLINE
As a service provider, DOAG online is pursuant to § 7 Abs.1 TMG responsible for it's own contents on these pages under the general laws. According to §§ 8 through 10 TMG, as a service provider DOAG is not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to the general laws remain unaffected. Relevant liability is only possible from the date of knowledge of a concrete infringement. Upon notification of such violations, DOAG will remove the content immediately.
Websites of DOAG online contain links to external websites over which DOAG has no influence. For this reason, DOAG can assume no liability for this external content. The provider or operator shall be responsible for the content of linked sites. The linked sites are checked at the time of linking for possible violations of law. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent surveillance of the linked sites is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of violations, DOAG will immediately remove such links.
DOAG online and their agents are liable to users for damages resulting from the injury of life, body or health, based on a deliberate or negligent breach of duty, as well as for other damages, which are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty and bad faith. Also, DOAG is liable without limitation for damages covered by the liability according to binding legal regulations, such as the Product Liability Act, as well as in the case of assumption of guarantees. Loss or damage for which liability is not excluded, DOAG is liable for the amount limited to the contract-typical foreseeable damages.
LIABILITY FOR INFORMATION
DOAG online provides a variety of information on the Internet. This information shall be regularly maintained and updated. Despite careful acquisition and supply of information, DOAG assumes no liability for accuracy, completeness or availability of information.
The respective providers are responsible for all external links opening in a new browser window included in the offer by DOAG online. We assume no applicable liability. In addition, liability shall be limited to intent or gross negligence.
We cannot guarantee the security of data transferred to us over the Internet. We point out that we will process your personal data for the intended purpose and use in according to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
COPYRIGHT AND THE LAW OF UNFAIR COMPETITION
The content and works on these pages created by DOAG online are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of DOAG. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for non-commercial use only.
Insofar as the content on this site has not been created by the operator, the copyrights of any third party shall be respected. In particular, third party contents as such will be referenced.
Users claims arising from copyright infringement by their selected posts have to indemnify DOAG online.
Users shall refrain from any anti-competitive behavior. In case of a breach of competition law, only the user is responsible and DOAG online shall remain exempt from all claims of anti-competitive behavior.
CHANGES AND FINAL PROVISIONS
DOAG reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time and without notice. Users shall be notified of the change and may object to them. In the event of any conflict, DOAG online reserves the right to terminate the use within a period of three days. Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the others shall continue to apply. The regulation takes place an invalid condition. A regulation that is legally decisive shall replace any such invalid term or condition.
