Keynotes How is artificial intelligence changing the way we work with data? Tirthankar Lahiri, SVP, Software Engineering, Mission-Critical Data and AI Engines at Oracle, will explore this question in his keynote Bringing AI to Data: Lessons and Experiences with Oracle AI Database.
In the second keynote, Oliver Reinke and Michael Tomaschek show how they apply their experience as pilots and HEMS crew members on a rescue helicopter in Munich to companies, executives, and organizations.

New Focus Areas As in previous years, the program features the focus areas Technology and Business. New this year is the Workplace focus area, exploring how AI is changing collaboration, job profiles, and business processes. What skills will be needed in the future? How can organizations successfully manage this transformation? And what opportunities does it create for companies and employees?
Another focus is the AI Success Stories track. Companies and organizations share first-hand insights into their AI projects, showcase concrete use cases, and share successes, challenges, and lessons learned from real-world experience.
