From two very different perspectives, they discuss the challenges and opportunities AI brings – as well as practical approaches for companies, leaders and creatives.

Keynote: Pitching is the New Product

Filmmakers Albert Bozesan and Robert Sladeczek give insights into their independently produced animated series TARMAC and what small teams can accomplish today with self-developed tools and without a studio or greenlight. You’ll learn how teams can stay empowered without relying on AI specialists – and what this approach can teach us about AI projects.

AI Competence under Article 4 of the EU AI Act – What You Need to Know Now (Live Certification!)

The EU AI Act requires companies to ensure and demonstrate that their employees have the necessary competence to use AI safely and effectively. In this session with Kai Hermsen, you’ll learn which three roles companies need now. After the session, you’ll receive a certificate from qSkills, documenting compliance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act and ready to use in your organization.

AI, Quantum Computing and HPC Are Converging

Thomas Treml, Cloud CTO at Microsoft Germany, explores how AI, High Performance Computing (HPC) and quantum computing complement each other and are shaping the next generation of computing. Drawing on current developments and real-world examples, he looks at the opportunities this creates for fields such as pharmaceuticals, energy, manufacturing and climate action – and how companies can start preparing today.

KASSANDRA – The AI Escape Game

In this interactive game by Fraunhofer FIT, teams of up to five participants face a unique challenge over 45 minutes: proving that they can use AI responsibly, critically and with a clear purpose. Among other things, you’ll learn to identify hallucinations, assess risks under the EU AI Act and critically evaluate AI-generated content.
