Meanwhile, the wait continues: The Oracle 23ai Database is still only available in the Cloud, and for Engineered Systems. For all other operating systems, we still have to wait.

Nevertheless, in this issue you can expect some articles on the Oracle Database 23ai. This is supplemented by articles on the Oracle Enterprise Manager and the Oracle Cloud.
