Cancellation conditions
Room bookings can only be canceled in conjunction with the entire participation under the conditions stated in the general terms and conditions. For cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation and hotel booking fee will be charged. For cancellations from the 14th day before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of the entire participation and hotel booking fee will be charged.
