• Checkout Friday July 4th, 2025 until 11 a.m.

*) You will receive a pirate or western room with a double bed or a pirate room with a double bed and bunk beds. You can find more information on the Heidepark website. The rooms are allocated by the hotel. We will pass on room requests to the hotel without obligation, but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation of event tickets and overnight stays:

For cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations from the 14th day before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of the full participation fee is due. (The organizer's terms and conditions apply.)
