The rooms are allocated by the hotel. We will pass on room requests to the hotel without obligation, but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation of event tickets and overnight stays:

For cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations from the 14th day before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of the full participation fee is due. (The organizer's terms and conditions apply.)
