Cancellation conditions
Room bookings can only be canceled in conjunction with the entire participation under the conditions stated in the general terms and conditions. For cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation and hotel booking fee is due. For cancellations made 14 days or more before the start of the event, a cancellation fee equal to the total participation and hotel booking fee will be charged.
