• Arrival Sunday from 3 p.m.
• Checkout Wednesday until 10 a.m.

*) You will receive a pirate, western, jungle, Peppa Pig, ghostbuster or dragon room with a double bed and a bunk bed. You can find more information on the Heidepark website. The rooms are allocated by the hotel. We will pass on room requests to the hotel without obligation, but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation of event tickets and overnight stays:

For cancellations up to 15 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee is due. For cancellations from the 14th day before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of the full participation fee is due. (The organizer's terms and conditions apply.)
