HEIDE PARK EXPRESS BY DOAG
The Heide Park Express takes you directly from major transport hubs to CloudLand and back. Here you can book your bus ticket from the following stops:
Hamburg city centre / AWS Summit (Wednesday to Friday only, exact departure location to be confirmed)
Hanover Central Station (Hbf)
Hanover Airport
Heide Park, Abenteuerhotel
Booked tickets are binding for the selected route and departure time. A seat is guaranteed (open seating applies). Buses are usually provided at the respective departure point approximately 10 minutes before departure.
Rebooking and Cancellation
Booked tickets can be rebooked subject to availability. Cancellation is possible up to 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you are unable to catch your booked bus due to train or flight delays, rebooking is free of charge. If no replacement bus can be provided, cancellation is also free of charge. ACCOMMODATION OFFERS
Adventure Hotel
Become an adventurer and experience CloudLand – the Cloud Native Festival – in unique themed rooms. Stay with “Peppa Pig”, hunt ghosts in our “Ghostbusters” themed rooms, or become a Viking in our “How to Train Your Dragon” rooms.
We offer rooms for use as:
- Single room with a double bed,
- Double room with one double bed and one bunk bed, or
- Multi-bed room with one double bed and two bunk beds.
Depending on room size, all rooms can accommodate additional guests for a small surcharge. Please contact the DOAG team by email for arrangements.
Holiday Camp
The perfect choice for everyone looking for simple yet comfortable accommodation.
You can reach CloudLand within just a few minutes on foot.
An exclusive camp entrance provides direct access to Heide Park.
We offer the following accommodation options:
- Wooden cabins with a double bed and private bathroom
- Wooden cabins with two bunk beds and private bathroom
- Wooden cabins with a double bed and access to a modern central sanitary building (shared facilities) in the Holiday Camp
- Wooden cabins with two bunk beds and access to a modern central sanitary building (shared facilities) in the Holiday Camp
The wooden cabins can accommodate additional guests for a small surcharge. Please contact the DOAG team by email for arrangements.
